École Duperré meets Ports 1961

The students of L’École Duperré’s MA in Fashion Design were invited by PORTS 1961 to re-interpret this iconic piece, resulting in ten shirts, each imagined by a student through his or her personal perspective on art and sustainability, and how these translate into fashion.

A CONVERSATION WITH TONNE GOODMAN

The MA fashion design students of @ecoleduperreparis meet the Sustainability Editor at Vogue to discuss the future of fashion, upcycling and creativity.

This collaboration with the École Duperré has presented PORTS 1961 with the opportunity to open a dialogue with the next generation of young creatives, and has offered the students a real life experience with the challenges of sustainability and bringing to life one’s own vision through fashion.
