CURRENCY
All transactions on Ports1961.com are charged in U.S. Dollars. The final amount will be determined by the conversion rate charged by your credit card company at the actual time of payment. Due to currency fluctuations, the final total shown on the order confirmation may differ slightly from the actual charge in your own currency.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept credit card payments such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. Payment by PayPal If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to their website to complete the purchase. For more information visit www.paypal.com. Ports1961.com reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons. In such cases, the affected customers will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to verify the shipping and billing information.
DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
Ports 1961 ships to many cities in the world and we usually process your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email including the link to track your parcel shortly after we arrange your shipment. Orders are shipped from Italy to our distribution center in Hong Kong for delivery to clients throughout the rest of the world. Orders placed on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day. Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process may take longer than usual. We do not deliver to Post Office Box (P.O. Box) addresses.

TAXES & DUTIES
All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer our customers the option to return unused products within 14 days of purchase. Certain products are non-refundable (including, but not limited to, “Sale” items). “Sale” items including, but not limited to, sale items, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves, etc. For all returns, please email info@ports1961.comwith your order number and we will arrange courier pick-up accordingly. The packaging must be intact and the product must be new, unused with all tags attached. Please note that returns without proper documentation, packaging and/or materials cannot be accommodated. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Ports 1961. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days upon receiving of the items at our warehouse to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. In addition, if we reasonably determine that a purchased product that might otherwise be eligible for return was ordered through robot or other automatic device or software, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion to refuse any of such return request.

Exchanges are not available at the moment. Please request a refund and place a new order.
